Remember when, last year, Karl Rove refused to obey an order to testify before a House Judiciary Committee?  Well, last Monday, February 23rd, he did it again.

The folks at Credo Mobile (one of the coolest mobile operators ever, by the way) have setup an online campaign here urging Attorney General Eric Holder to escalate the matter.  From their petition:

I urge you to take swift action to compel Karl Rove to comply with a Congressional subpoena to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. Since George W. Bush is no longer president, Rove should no longer be able to hide behind the smoke and mirrors of the ‘executive privilege’ defense. America is waiting for the Obama administration to step in; we deserve to know the truth about Rove’s activities in the White House.

Just think, Fox News can get his arrest live during a broadcast from their own studios. Imagine the ratings!
